01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing bookguide.club or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bookguide.club. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
02 Products & Description
bookguide.club sells digital products — specifically ebooks delivered as PDF files. All product descriptions, chapter counts, tool counts, and features are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.
- All products are digital — no physical goods are shipped
- Product content reflects information available at the time of the edition date
- Where stated, free updates to purchased editions will be provided at no charge
- Screenshots and previews on the sales page are representative of the actual product
03 Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in USD and CZK. The price you see at checkout is the final price — there are no hidden fees.
We offer two payment options depending on your location:
- GoPay s.r.o. — for customers in CZ/SK (CZK pricing, Czech payment gateway)
- Gumroad Inc. — for international customers worldwide (USD/EUR pricing)
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer
- Your card details are never stored on our servers
- Prices may change at any time; the price at time of purchase is binding
04 Delivery
Upon successful payment — via GoPay (CZ/SK) or Gumroad (international) — you will receive an email with a download link for your PDF within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.
- Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout — please ensure it is correct
- Check your spam/junk folder if the email does not arrive within 5 minutes
- If you do not receive your download within 30 minutes, contact us at info@bookguide.club
- Download links are valid for 30 days and may be re-sent upon request
05 Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we have the following refund policy:
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- You have downloaded the product and simply changed your mind
- You found the same or similar information available elsewhere
- You claim you did not use the product
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
This policy is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, specifically the exception for digital content where delivery has begun with the consumer's prior consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital delivery begins immediately and you consent to waiving the standard 14-day withdrawal right in favour of our refund-for-defective-product policy above.
06 License & Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased ebook for your own personal or professional development.
You MAY:
- Read and use the ebook on any of your personal devices
- Print a single copy for personal use
- Reference ideas or workflows from the ebook in your own work
- Recommend or link to the sales page for others to purchase
You MAY NOT:
- Share, distribute, or forward the PDF file to others
- Sell, sublicense, or resell the ebook or its contents
- Upload the file to any file-sharing or torrent platform
- Reproduce substantial portions of the content in other publications
- Use the content to create a competing product without written permission
07 Intellectual Property
All content on bookguide.club and within our ebooks — including text, graphics, layout, design, and the compilation of tools and workflows — is the intellectual property of bookguide.club and is protected by copyright law.
Third-party tool names, logos, and trademarks mentioned in our products belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
08 Disclaimer
Our ebooks are educational resources based on research and real-world experience. However:
- We make no guarantee of specific income, results, or business outcomes
- The AI tool landscape changes rapidly — specific tools or pricing may have changed since publication
- Information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
- Nothing in our products constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice
Results depend on your individual effort, skills, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bookguide.club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
10 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at info@bookguide.club. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
